In fact, all three have been the subject of statehood proposals. DC statehood is probably the best known of these movements. The issue is every bit as relevant for those cities as for NYC, but this website is about NYC statehood. We are focused on that great objective alone, and we'll not presume to insert ourselves into other statehood movements.
